Continuing with Lu Jong Yoga
Join me for the second of a series of Lu Jong Movement classes at Hot Yoga4You Rego Park, Queens. No prior experience necessary – Just jump in!
Lu Jong is an ancient Tibetan movement practice developed for the purpose of self-healing.
Appropriate for people of all ages and abilities, these movements gently work the spine to promote greater flexibility and core strength. On a more subtle level Lu Jong works to release energetic blocks within the body’s chakras.
Known as a form of meditation in motion, movements are combined with rhythmic breathing to bring balance to body and mind.

With regular practice, Lu Jong will improve your physical and mental health.
Joelle Kelly – Instructor
For many years a direct student of Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, the lineage holder of this practice, Joelle Kelly was chosen as one of the first teachers certified to teach Lu Jong in North America.
She has since been selected by the Master as one of only two teachers in North America qualified to teach all levels of Lu Jong in addition to the training of future certified teachers. In addition to being a certified Lu Jong instructor and educator, Joelle is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher with a specialty in Forrest inspired Vinyasa.
Charismatic, warm and joyfully grounded, Joelle is committed to meeting each student at their level of comfort and ability.
